Los Hermanos Rosario in Elizabeth

Los Hermanos Rosario are a Dominican merengue group formed by the Rosario brothers in Higüey in 1978. Their best-known recordings include “La Dueña del Swing,” “Rompecintura,” “Borrón y Cuenta Nueva” and “Morena Ven.” In 1987, Los Hermanos Rosario performed at Madison Square Garden in New York, a landmark in the group’s international concert history. They later brought their merengue orchestra to Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall.
