Artist
Marama is a Uruguayan cumbia-pop band formed in 2014 and fronted by singer Agustín Casanova. The group is known for dance-oriented songs including “Loquita,” “Nena” and “Todo comenzó bailando,” which also gave its name to their debut album. In 2016, Marama and fellow Uruguayan group Rombai took their joint show to Luna Park in Buenos Aires, while their life on the road was documented in the film Marama-Rombai: el viaje. The following year, Marama performed at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival in Chile.
