Michael Nau in Ojai

Michael Nau is an American singer-songwriter from Cumberland, Maryland, and the former frontman of the indie-folk groups Page France and Cotton Jones. His solo catalogue began with Mowing and continued with records including Some Twist and Michael Nau & The Mighty Thread; “Love Survive” is among his best-known songs. In 2017, Michael Nau performed an NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert in Washington, D.C., backed by a four-piece band. The set connected his first two solo albums through songs including “Good Thing” and “Love Survive.”
