About Michel Teló
Michel Teló is a Brazilian sertanejo and pop singer-songwriter, born in 1981 in Medianeira, Paraná. After singing with Grupo Tradição, he established a solo career with songs including “Fugidinha,” “Humilde Residência” and “Ai Se Eu Te Pego,” whose live recording reached audiences well beyond Brazil.
The 2011 concert album Na Balada documented the solo repertoire behind that international success. He followed it in 2012 with concerts in Europe and a performance at the Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar in Chile.
