Mimori Yusa in Chiyoda City

Mimori Yusa is a Japanese singer-songwriter, born in Sendai in 1964, whose music draws on art pop, folk and electronic pop. She debuted with the album Hitomi Suishō and became known for records including Sora Mimi no Oka and Harmoniodeon, as well as the song “Chizu o Kudasai.” In 2001, she began cafe mimo, an annual spring concert series centered on her songs and guest musicians. Her later live work also included a recurring Christmas concert under the title Mizuiro.
