Missing Persons in San Juan Capistrano

Missing Persons are an American new wave band formed in Los Angeles in 1980 by singer Dale Bozzio, drummer Terry Bozzio and guitarist Warren Cuccurullo. Keyboardist Chuck Wild and bassist Patrick O’Hearn joined the best-known lineup, whose synthesizer-led rock reached a wider audience through the album Spring Session M and the songs “Words,” “Destination Unknown” and “Walking in L.A.” The band developed its early following through Los Angeles club performances before touring behind Spring Session M. That period included a performance on New Wave Day at the 1983 US Festival in San Bernardino.
