Model in Gaziantep

Model is a Turkish alternative-rock band formed in İzmir in 2005, initially under the name A Due Carmen. The group adopted its present name in 2008 and became known through the albums Perili Sirk, Diğer Masallar and Levlâ’nın Hikayesi, as well as songs including “Değmesin Ellerimiz,” “Pembe Mezarlık” and “Bir Pazar Kahvaltısı.” Fatma Turgut provided the band’s lead vocals. Model performed at Rock’n Coke in Istanbul in 2011, during the period surrounding Diğer Masallar. The band later brought material from Levlâ’nın Hikayesi to major Turkish concert and festival stages, including Zeytinli Rock Festival.
