Motorama in Miguel Hidalgo

Motorama are a Russian post-punk band formed in Rostov-on-Don in 2005. Their English-language songs pair prominent bass lines and spare guitar parts with Vladislav Parshin’s low vocal delivery. Albums including Alps, Calendar and Poverty shaped the group’s cold-wave sound, and “Ghost” and “Alps” are among their best-known tracks. European touring followed the release of Alps, taking Motorama’s full-band set into clubs across the continent. Repeated visits to Mexico brought the group to club and theatre stages in Mexico City and Guadalajara, while later European routes included Madrid and Vienna.
