Artist
Myrath are a Tunisian metal band formed in 2001. Their progressive and power metal draws on North African and Middle Eastern melodies, heard across albums including Tales of the Sands, Legacy and Shehili; “Believer” is among their best-known songs. In 2016, Myrath supported Symphony X on a European tour. Three years later, the band recorded a concert at the Roman Theatre of Carthage for the film and live album Live in Carthage, placing their Tunisian musical identity at the centre of a full-band metal performance. Their festival history includes appearances at Hellfest in France and Sweden Rock Festival in Sweden.
