Neal McCoy in Norman

Neal McCoy is an American country singer born in Jacksonville, Texas, in 1958. He became known in the 1990s through songs including “No Doubt About It,” “Wink,” “The Shake” and “They’re Playin’ Our Song,” as well as the albums No Doubt About It and You Gotta Love That. Neal McCoy spent several years opening concerts for Charley Pride before his run of country hits. He later headlined fairs, theatres and casinos around the United States and made repeated USO tours for American service members overseas. His annual benefit concert in Longview, Texas, supports the East Texas Angel Network, the charity he founded to assist families of children with serious illnesses.

Mark Chesnutt is an American country singer, born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1963. His traditional country and honky-tonk catalog includes the albums Too Cold at Home and Almost Goodbye, as well as songs such as “Brother Jukebox,” “It Sure Is Monday,” “I’ll Think of Something” and “Gonna Get a Life.” Mark Chesnutt built his early live repertoire in local honky-tonks, including Cutters, before his major-label recordings led to wider touring. He later documented his concert repertoire on Live at Billy Bob’s Texas, recorded at the Fort Worth venue. His concert history also includes appearances at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
