ICEHOUSE in Brisbane

ICEHOUSE are an Australian rock band formed in 1977 by singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Iva Davies, initially under the name Flowers. Their new wave and synth-pop catalogue includes “Great Southern Land,” “Hey Little Girl,” “Crazy” and “Electric Blue,” while the album Man of Colours became a central part of their recorded work. In 1983, ICEHOUSE joined David Bowie for dates on the Serious Moonlight Tour, taking the band into stadium concerts. Decades later, they performed at the Sound Relief benefit concert at the Sydney Cricket Ground in 2009.
