Missy Higgins in Brisbane

Missy Higgins is an Australian singer-songwriter and pianist, born in Melbourne in 1983, whose music draws on pop, folk and rock. Her debut album The Sound of White introduced songs including “Scar” and “The Special Two”; later releases include On a Clear Night and its single “Where I Stood.” In 2005, she performed at the WaveAid benefit concert in Sydney. She later appeared at Sound Relief at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in 2009, and in 2018 she opened the Australian stadium dates of Ed Sheeran’s ÷ Tour.
