Niklas Paschburg in Waiblingen

Niklas Paschburg is a German composer, pianist and producer, born in Hamburg in 1994, who writes contemporary piano music shaped by ambient and electronic production. He is known for the albums Oceanic, Svalbard and Panta Rhei, works that place melodic keyboard writing beside synthesizers and processed sound. Niklas Paschburg has performed at Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg and Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen, presenting a solo set built around piano and electronics. He has also used this format at Montreux Jazz Festival.
