Noir Silence is a Canadian band formed in Beauce in 1993. Its French-language pop rock draws on Quebec chanson and folk, and the 1995 self-titled debut introduced enduring songs including “On jase de toi,” “En attendant de partir” and “Made in USA.” After the debut appeared, the band took that repertoire on the road during the 1990s. Three decades after forming, the musicians reunited for anniversary concerts across Quebec.
