Phillip Phillips in New York

Phillip Phillips is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Albany, Georgia, in 1990, who plays folk-rooted pop rock. He won the eleventh season of American Idol and became known for “Home,” “Gone, Gone, Gone” and his debut album, The World from the Side of the Moon. The American Idols Live! Tour took him across the United States in 2012 after the television season ended. In 2013 he opened shows on John Mayer’s Born and Raised World Tour, followed by a co-headlining summer tour with O.A.R. in 2014.

Briscoe are an American indie-folk duo formed in Austin, Texas, by Truett Heintzelman and Philip Lupton. Their acoustic, harmony-led songwriting reached a wider audience through the 2023 debut album West of It All, which includes “The Well,” “Hooped Earrings” and “Sparrows.” In 2023, Briscoe performed at Austin City Limits Music Festival as the duo introduced West of It All on the road. Their festival appearances expanded the following year to Bonnaroo.
