Pretty Maids in Copenhagen

Pretty Maids are a Danish heavy-metal and hard-rock band formed in Horsens in 1981 by singer Ronnie Atkins and guitarist Ken Hammer. They became known through albums including Red, Hot and Heavy, Future World and Sin-Decade, and songs such as “Back to Back,” “Future World” and “Please Don’t Leave Me.” In 1987, the band toured with Deep Purple and performed at Monsters of Rock in Germany. Decades later, they marked the anniversary of Future World by playing the album in full; a 2018 performance was documented on Maid in Japan – Future World Live 30 Anniversary, recorded in Tokyo.
