PUP is a Canadian punk rock band formed in Toronto in 2010 by Stefan Babcock, Nestor Chumak, Steve Sladkowski and Zack Mykula. Originally called Topanga, the group adopted its present name before releasing the album PUP. The Dream Is Over and Morbid Stuff followed, bringing songs including “DVP,” “Kids” and “Scorpion Hill.” In 2014, PUP opened for The Menzingers on a North American tour. Five years later, the band mounted a North American headline tour supporting Morbid Stuff, then co-headlined another run with Joyce Manor in 2023; Pool Kids opened those shows. PUP has performed at Coachella in Indio and at both Reading and Leeds in England.
Destroy Boys are an American punk rock band formed in Sacramento in 2015. Their sharp-edged garage punk first drew attention through songs including “I Threw Glass at My Friend’s Eyes and Now I’m on Probation” and “Crybaby,” followed by albums such as Make Room and Open Mouth, Open Heart. In 2023, Destroy Boys supported Blink-182 and Turnstile on selected North American arena dates. The band carried that full-band live format to Coachella in 2024.
