About Quimby
Quimby is a Hungarian alternative-rock band formed in Dunaújváros in 1991. Led by singer, guitarist and songwriter Tibor Kiss, the group is known for songs including “Most múlik pontosan” and “Autó egy szerpentinen,” as well as albums such as Ékszerelmére, Káosz Amigos and Kilégzés.
In 2011, Quimby marked its 20th anniversary with a concert at Papp László Budapest Sportaréna. After that arena date, the band returned to Sziget Festival and staged open-air headline concerts at Budapest Park.
