About Riot Jazz Brass Band
Riot Jazz Brass Band is an English group formed in Manchester, playing horn-driven jazz, funk, hip-hop and soul. Founded by trumpeter Nick Walters and fronted by MC Chunky, the band is known for original material collected on releases including Sousamaphone and Incoming.
Riot Jazz Brass Band have performed at Glastonbury Festival and Bestival, presenting their brass-and-MC lineup on major festival stages. Their live work has also extended beyond Britain to Soundwave Festival in Croatia.
