About Rodney Carrington
Rodney Carrington is an American comedian, actor and country singer-songwriter born in Longview, Texas, in 1968. He is known for combining stand-up comedy with comic country songs on releases including Morning Wood and Nut Sack, and for starring in the television sitcom Rodney.
Rodney Carrington: Live at the Majestic documented his 2007 performance at the Majestic Theatre in Dallas. In the later specials Laughter’s Good and Here Comes the Truth, Rodney Carrington again moved between spoken routines and songs performed on guitar.
