Roger Waters is a British songwriter, singer and bassist, born in 1943 and best known as a founding member of Pink Floyd. He became the band’s principal lyricist and shaped the concepts behind albums including The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall. His solo catalogue includes The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking, Radio K.A.O.S. and Amused to Death.

In 1990, he staged The Wall at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, joined by a guest cast that included Van Morrison and Sinéad O’Connor. He returned to the work for The Wall Live, an arena and stadium tour held between 2010 and 2013, then mounted Us + Them in 2017 and 2018. This Is Not a Drill toured in 2022 and 2023.

His solo concerts use a full rock band and sets drawn from both the Pink Floyd and solo catalogues. He has presented arena shows at Madison Square Garden in New York and The O2 in London. He also played a run of stadium shows at Estadio River Plate in Buenos Aires.
