About Ron Funches
Ron Funches is an American stand-up comedian, actor and writer, born in 1983 and raised in Chicago and Salem, Oregon. His screen work includes the NBC sitcom Undateable, the voice of Cooper in the Trolls films and King Shark in the animated series Harley Quinn; his recorded comedy includes the album The Funches of Us.
Ron Funches began performing stand-up in Portland, developing his act in the city’s comedy clubs before appearing at Just for Laughs in Montreal. Comedy Central released his hour-long stand-up special Giggle Fit in 2019, preserving the conversational and autobiographical material from his stage work.
