Ross Wilson in Tasmania

Ross Wilson is an Australian rock singer, songwriter and producer, born in Melbourne in 1947. He co-founded Daddy Cool and later formed Mondo Rock, singing on songs including “Eagle Rock,” “Come Back Again,” “Cool World,” “State of the Heart” and “Come Said the Boy.” Daddy Cool played the inaugural Sunbury Pop Festival in 1972. After Ross Wilson formed Mondo Rock, the band performed at the Oz for Africa concert in 1985, and in 2002 he joined the national Long Way to the Top concert tour.
