About Seeed
Seeed is a German band formed in Berlin in 1998, known for reggae and dancehall shaped by hip-hop, pop and prominent brass arrangements. The original vocal trio comprised Peter Fox, Dellé and Demba Nabé. Songs including “Dickes B,” “Aufstehn!,” “Ding” and “Augenbling” became central to a catalog that also includes the albums Music Monks, Next! and Seeed.
The 2006 concert release Live documented the band’s early stage repertoire. After returning to touring around the self-titled 2012 album, the group played arenas as a large ensemble built around multiple vocalists, a rhythm section, keyboards and horns. The 2019 BAM BAM tour paired arena dates with open-air concerts at Kindl-Bühne Wuhlheide in Berlin.
