Shankar Mahadevan Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Shankar Mahadevan is an Indian singer and composer, born in Mumbai in 1967, whose work spans film music, Indian classical traditions and jazz fusion. He is known for the 1998 album and title track “Breathless” and as a member of the composing trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, whose film scores include Dil Chahta Hai and Kal Ho Naa Ho. His playback performances include “Mitwa” and “Maa.”

In the late 1990s, he joined John McLaughlin and Zakir Hussain in Remember Shakti, touring as the ensemble’s vocalist alongside U. Srinivas and V. Selvaganesh. He also toured with Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and led full-band concerts drawing on “Breathless,” Hindi film songs and Carnatic music. In 2023, he returned to Shakti’s repertoire on the Shakti 50 tour.
