Shlomo Artzi in Ein HaBesor

Shlomo Artzi is an Israeli singer-songwriter, born in 1949, whose Hebrew-language music spans soft rock and folk-rock. He won the Israel Song Festival in 1970 with “Pitom Achshav, Pitom Hayom” and represented his country at the 1975 Eurovision Song Contest with “At Va'Ani.” His catalogue includes the albums Gever Holekh Le'ibud, Drakhim, Yareakh and Shnayim. In 2005, Shlomo Artzi joined Shalom Hanoch for the Hitchabrut concert tour, a joint full-band show built around both artists’ songs. His own concert history includes decades of summer performances at the Caesarea Amphitheater. Most of his live work has taken place in Israel, including outdoor concerts at Park HaYarkon in Tel Aviv.
