Artist
Skinshape is the psychedelic soul and downtempo project begun in 2010 by British multi-instrumentalist and producer Will Dorey. His recordings draw on funk, folk, dub and psychedelic rock; albums including Oracolo, Life & Love, Filoxiny and Umoja feature songs such as “I Didn’t Know” and “Don’t Call My Name.” A filmed session for KEXP in Seattle documented Skinshape performing as a full band. The project has also headlined club and theatre-sized rooms in London, including Village Underground and KOKO.
