Smif-N-Wessun Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Smif-N-Wessun is an American hip-hop duo from Brooklyn, formed by rappers Tek and Steele in the early 1990s. Members of the Boot Camp Clik collective, they established their hard-edged boom-bap sound on the 1995 debut album Dah Shinin’, which includes “Bucktown,” “Wrekonize” and “Let’s Git It On.” The duo also recorded as Cocoa Brovaz for a period following a trademark dispute.

At Duck Down Music’s 20th-anniversary concert at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in 2015, they performed within a Boot Camp Clik lineup that included Black Moon, Heltah Skeltah and O.G.C. Their 2019 Tiny Desk Concert placed Tek and Steele in a compact live-band setting at NPR Music.
