Spencer Krug in Philadelphia

Spencer Krug is a Canadian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for his work with Wolf Parade, Sunset Rubdown, Moonface, Frog Eyes and Swan Lake. His art-rock and indie-rock catalogue includes Wolf Parade songs such as “I’ll Believe in Anything” and “What Did My Lover Say? (It Always Had to Go This Way),” the Sunset Rubdown album Dragonslayer and Moonface’s Julia with Blue Jeans On. He began releasing records under his own name with Fading Graffiti in 2021. In 2012, Spencer Krug toured as Moonface with the Finnish band Siinai after they recorded Heartbreaking Bravery together. Four years later, he returned to club stages with Wolf Parade for reunion engagements that included multi-night runs at Bowery Ballroom in New York and Lee’s Palace in Toronto. Sunset Rubdown reunited for a North American tour in 2023.
