Artist
Svaneborg Kardyb are a Danish instrumental duo formed by keyboardist Nikolaj Svaneborg and drummer and percussionist Jonas Kardyb. They play melodic jazz built around piano, electric keyboards, synthesizers, drums and percussion, often using ambient and electronic textures. The duo debuted with Knob in 2019 and are also known for the albums Over Tage and Superkilen. Roskilde Festival has hosted their compact two-person performance, centred on the interplay between keyboards and percussion. In 2023, an NPR Tiny Desk Concert documented that setup in a close-range studio performance.
