Takanori Nishikawa in Nagoya

Takanori Nishikawa is a Japanese rock and pop singer, born in 1970, who launched the solo project T.M.Revolution in 1996. His best-known recordings include “HIGH PRESSURE,” “HOT LIMIT,” “INVOKE” from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and “ignited” from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Under his own name, he has released songs including “Bright Burning Shout” and the album SINGularity. Appearing as T.M.Revolution, he performed at Otakon in Baltimore in 2003 and returned to the convention a decade later. In 2009, he established an outdoor festival in Shiga Prefecture and went on to perform across successive editions of Inazuma Rock Fes.
