Artist
Teitur is a Faroese singer-songwriter, born in 1977, whose music centers on acoustic folk and understated pop. His debut album, Poetry & Aeroplanes, introduced songs including “Sleeping with the Lights On” and “I Was Just Thinking.” Touring behind Poetry & Aeroplanes took Teitur through Europe and North America, where he opened concerts for Suzanne Vega and John Mayer. His festival appearances have included Roskilde Festival in Denmark and G! Festival in the Faroe Islands.
