THE BACK HORN in Kōriyama

THE BACK HORN are a Japanese alternative rock band formed in Tokyo in 1998. Their catalogue includes the songs “Cobalt Blue,” “Kizuna Song” and “Wana,” the latter used as an ending theme for the anime Mobile Suit Gundam 00, as well as the albums Ikiru Sainou and Headphone Children. THE BACK HORN launched the recurring Maniac Heaven concert series in 2005, building its sets around material heard less often at their standard shows. In 2008, the band marked its tenth anniversary by playing its first solo concert at Nippon Budokan.
