The Bright Light Social Hour in Milwaukee

The Bright Light Social Hour is an American rock band formed in Austin, Texas, in 2004. Its music draws on psychedelic rock, blues rock and dance-oriented grooves. The group is known for the albums The Bright Light Social Hour and Space Is Still the Place, as well as songs including “Shanty” and “Sweet Madelene.” The Bright Light Social Hour has performed at Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza as a full rock band. The group has also played clubs and theatres across the United States and Canada, and appeared at Governors Ball in New York.
