The Coral in Newcastle upon Tyne

The Coral are an English rock band formed in Hoylake in 1996. They play psychedelic guitar rock shaped by folk and pop melody, and became known through their self-titled debut, Magic and Medicine, and songs including “Dreaming of You,” “Pass It On” and “In the Morning.” The Coral played Glastonbury Festival while touring their self-titled debut and Magic and Medicine in the early 2000s. Following a hiatus from live work, they returned to UK stages for the Distance Inbetween tour in 2016. The Coral Island tour came later, followed by another UK headline run for Sea of Mirrors.
