The Iron Maidens in San Juan Capistrano

The Iron Maidens are an American all-female Iron Maiden tribute band formed in Southern California in 2001. Their repertoire covers songs including “The Trooper,” “Run to the Hills” and “Fear of the Dark,” while their recorded tributes include World’s Only Female Tribute to Iron Maiden, Route 666 and The Root of All Evil. The band began on the Southern California club circuit and later toured throughout the United States. International performances followed in Japan, Mexico and Europe, where the group has appeared in clubs, theatres and at metal festivals. The concert is performed by a full band and draws on several periods of Iron Maiden’s catalogue. The stage presentation also features Edwina, the group’s female counterpart to Iron Maiden mascot Eddie.
