About The Lower Lights
The Lower Lights are an American folk collective based in Utah, formed by producer and musician Scott Wiley to recast Christian hymns in an acoustic roots setting. The group is known for its A Hymn Revival recordings and the Christmas collection Come Let Us Adore Him, built around ensemble vocals and folk, country, gospel and bluegrass instrumentation.
The Lower Lights established a recurring Christmas concert tradition featuring a large, rotating cast of singers and instrumentalists. Those seasonal performances included Salt Lake City concerts at Kingsbury Hall.
