About The Paper Kites
The Paper Kites is an Australian indie-folk band formed in Melbourne in 2009. The group became known for the songs “Bloom” and “Featherstone,” followed by albums including States and twelvefour.
The Paper Kites toured North America as support for City and Colour before establishing their own international headline circuit. Later, for At the Roadhouse, they converted a former general store in Campbells Creek into a performance space and held a month-long residency there under the name The Roadhouse.
The band has returned to the United States and Canada for headline tours, and has also played London on its British runs.
