About The Underground Youth
The Underground Youth are an English psychedelic rock and post-punk band formed in Manchester in 2008 as the recording project of singer and guitarist Craig Dyer. Their music draws on garage rock, shoegaze and darkwave, and their catalogue includes the albums Mademoiselle, Sadovaya and The Falling.
Craig Dyer assembled a touring lineup around the project, and Olya Dyer became the band’s drummer. They have since taken their guitar, bass and drums setup through clubs and independent festivals across Europe, using Berlin as their base.
