Artist
The War and Treaty are an American husband-and-wife duo formed by Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Trotter in 2014. They play country soul rooted in gospel, blues and Americana, and are known for the albums Healing Tide, Hearts Town and Lover’s Game, as well as songs including “Five More Minutes.” The duo made its Grand Ole Opry debut in 2019 and later opened dates on Chris Stapleton’s All-American Road Show. They joined Zach Bryan’s Quittin’ Time Tour and opened for The Rolling Stones at SoFi Stadium in 2024.
