Tia Fuller in Cambridge

Tia Fuller is an American jazz saxophonist, composer and bandleader from Aurora, Colorado. She became widely known through Beyoncé’s all-female touring band while building her own post-bop catalogue on albums including Decisive Steps, Angelic Warrior and the Grammy-nominated Diamond Cut. Fuller performed in Beyoncé’s band on The Beyoncé Experience and the I Am... World Tour. She later brought her own quartet to NPR’s Tiny Desk, performing with pianist Shamie Royston, bassist Mimi Jones and drummer Rudy Royston.
