About Tierra Santa
Tierra Santa is a Spanish heavy metal band formed in Logroño in 1997. Their music pairs traditional and power-metal guitar work with lyrics drawn from history, literature and legend. The band is known for songs including “La canción del pirata” and “Legendario,” and for albums such as Tierras de leyenda and Sangre de reyes.
In 2003, Tierra Santa recorded the concert release Las mil y una noches at Sala Aqualung in Madrid. The band has also performed at major Spanish rock and metal festivals, including Viña Rock and Leyendas del Rock.
