Tom Chapin in Saratoga Springs

Tom Chapin is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in 1945, whose work spans folk music and songs for children and families. His children’s recordings have received Grammy Awards, and his best-known work includes “This Pretty Planet” and the albums Family Tree and Moonboat. He also hosted the television series Make a Wish. Tom Chapin has spent decades performing family concerts and folk programs in clubs, theatres and performing arts centers. He often appears with longtime collaborators Jon Cobert and Michael Mark, and he took part in the 1987 tribute concert for his brother Harry Chapin at Carnegie Hall.
