About Turilli / Lione Rhapsody
Turilli / Lione Rhapsody is an Italian symphonic power-metal band formed in 2018 by guitarist Luca Turilli and singer Fabio Lione, both former members of Rhapsody of Fire. The group introduced its orchestral and progressive approach on the album Zero Gravity (Rebirth and Evolution), which includes “Phoenix Rising” and “D.N.A. (Demon and Angel).”
The 20th Anniversary Farewell Tour reunited Turilli and Lione with guitarist Dominique Leurquin, bassist Patrice Guers and drummer Alex Holzwarth before the new band was formed. Turilli / Lione Rhapsody subsequently presented its own material and earlier Rhapsody songs in full-band concerts, including a 2022 appearance at ProgPower USA in Atlanta.
