underscores is the recording project of American singer, songwriter and producer April Harper Grey. Her music moves through electronic pop, hyperpop, indie rock and pop-punk, and she is known for the albums fishmonger and Wallsocket, as well as songs including “Spoiled little brat,” “Locals (Girls like us)” and “Cops and robbers.” She supported 100 gecs on the 10,000 gecs Tour in 2021, then headlined the Fishmonger Tour in 2022. After performing at Lollapalooza in 2023, she took Wallsocket through North America and Europe on the Hometown Tour in 2024 and also appeared at Coachella.
