Vanessa Carlton in Jasper

Vanessa Carlton is an American singer-songwriter and pianist, born in 1980, who writes piano-led pop and rock. Her debut album, Be Not Nobody, introduced “A Thousand Miles” and “Ordinary Day,” while “White Houses” became a central song from its follow-up, Harmonium. In 2002, she toured with Goo Goo Dolls and Third Eye Blind following the release of Be Not Nobody. She later opened for Stevie Nicks on the Gold Dust Tour, then returned to headline clubs and theatres with concerts centered on her vocals and piano, including the Liberman Tour.
