Victory is a German hard-rock and heavy-metal band formed in Hanover in 1984. They are known for the albums Don't Get Mad... Get Even, Culture Killed the Native and Temples of Gold, records built around melodic guitar riffs and direct, hook-led choruses. During the 1980s, Victory opened concerts for Scorpions and Gary Moore as their touring extended beyond German clubs. The band later documented this period of its stage career on the 1992 concert album Liveline.
