Vlasta Redl is a Czech singer-songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist born in 1959 in Nový Jičín. He writes folk rock shaped by Moravian traditional music and became known through his work with AG Flek, the song “Husličky” and the collaborative album Vandrovali hudci. During the 1980s, he played concerts as a member of AG Flek. The later Vandrovali hudci program brought his songs and arrangements into joint performances by AG Flek and the Moravian cimbalom ensemble Hradišťan, led by Jiří Pavlica.
