YG is an American rapper from Compton, California, born Keenon Jackson in 1990. His West Coast gangsta rap reached a broad audience through the album My Krazy Life and singles including “My Nigga” and “Who Do You Love?” He followed it with Still Brazy and later scored another major track with “Big Bank.” YG opened dates on the Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour in 2014 and headlined the Fuck Donald Trump Tour in 2016. His concert history later included the Stay Dangerous Tour and a 2019 performance at Coachella, followed by the Red Cup Tour in 2023.
Mozzy is an American rapper from Sacramento, born Timothy Patterson in 1987. He is known for direct accounts of street life in West Coast hip-hop, particularly on releases including Bladadah, 1 Up Top Ahk and Beyond Bulletproof. His best-known tracks include “Sleep Walkin” and the Blxst collaboration “I Ain’t Perfect.” In 2019, Mozzy joined YG and Kamaiyah on the Stay Dangerous Tour, performing in theaters and concert halls across North America. In 2021, he presented his catalog in a band-backed Tiny Desk (Home) Concert for NPR.
