About Mozzy

Mozzy is an American rapper from Sacramento, born Timothy Patterson in 1987. He is known for direct accounts of street life in West Coast hip-hop, particularly on releases including Bladadah, 1 Up Top Ahk and Beyond Bulletproof. His best-known tracks include “Sleep Walkin” and the Blxst collaboration “I Ain’t Perfect.”

In 2019, Mozzy joined YG and Kamaiyah on the Stay Dangerous Tour, performing in theaters and concert halls across North America. In 2021, he presented his catalog in a band-backed Tiny Desk (Home) Concert for NPR.
